Runner Cobble Stone tabac
by Charlotte Culot
The forms and structures of cobblestone pathways are reinterpreted through textile in this work, informed by the architectural language of Le Corbusier and Charlotte Perriand. Irregular shapes and shifting proportions create a graphic composition in soft beige and grey tones. A varied fibre palette gives the surface its tactile complexity, emphasising the interplay between material, texture and structure.
